My name is Brian, and I have been bitten by the herp bug.
Because I have been watching this forum for over 6 months now, I feel like I know some of you like close friends although I doubt many would know who I am. I decided to correct that

Instead of posting about myself, I have entered most of the information on my profile as well as including a link to my YouTube and Myspace accounts.
Anyway, I currently have a very small collection however I do have plans to expand as time goes on.
Currently, I am owned by two herbs, and one insect.

This is Shesha, my Royal Python. She was hatched on 7/24/06.

This is Ghost, my Albino
Corn Snake. She was hatched on 5/17/06...incidentally my birthday.

And finally, this is Dahaba, my Emperor Scorpion. He was born on 4/10/05.
Now you may be wondering about the names. (and yes, I made a mistake earlier posting Shesha's name with two 'e' s instead of one. It's 1am...letters and words are starting to blur :P )
Shesha is one of the eight famous snakes in Hindu mythology. In myth, the creator "Brahma" slept on the coils of the world-serpent Shesha. Shesha in turn was supported on Kurma (a tortoise) and when Kurma moved, Shesha stirred and yawned and the gaping of her jaws caused earthquakes.
Well, my Shesha is always yawning so I decided it was an apt name.
Ghost is fairly obvious, so I don't believe that needs explaining
Dahaba is the name a friend from India had given his Israeli yellow scorpion. I never found out what it meant, and since he was killed on 9/11 it's a fairly moot point. I guess I used the name as a way to honor him.
