"How i learned to stop worrying and love the snake"
Well, it's been something like a year since i got this account, so i might as well start doing something with it. You may have heard me mentioned by everyone's favorite Sick Uncle Morti a time or two. I am the boasitter, the resident Kato, that schmuck he talks into holding down the big snakes while he gives them the occasional antibiotic when they are ill. I am also the proud owner of one of the offspring of Mercutio and Perdita, who currently resides with Morti - as shall i in seven weeks, give or take.
I must say, two years ago, i was a bit intimidated by the lovely creatures to whom Morti belongs. The first time he hauled Perdita's bulk out of her enclosure, i teleported across the room. It was some time before i was really comfortable handling tame ol' Tybalt, in fact. Yet, the more time i spent with these graceful creatures, the more i appreciated their beauty. Now, here i am, working on talking my fiancé into letting me keep Anton (my boy) in my bedroom, and thinking about how lovely it would be to get him a nice female named Elise to curl up with here in a few years so i can breed my own (and wishing i wasn't too color-blind to see if Morti's right about Anton's pastel undertones). In between has been an interesting two years, and i wouldn't trade them for the world.
So, i've decided to go from minor character in the ongoing drama of every's favorite uncle to an active, productive member of the site. Hold on to your sanity, folks - the Boasitter is in.
Silent no more,
~Storm

Howdy. I think you signed up the same week I did. I've flapped my trap more; you've got some catching up to do.
