Help! Chameleon

Today while I was in the chat I heard a thump and I saw him on the ground.I think he broke hes leg he was fine yesterday. Hes been fine since I got him. I think hes not going to make it hes on the bottom of the cage he can still move it but hes not climbing. Anything will help the temps are fine and he gets plenty of water. The only thing I notice That I dust every once in awhile the person I got them from said I all I had to really was dust them. He actually starting to climb again as we speak! but any help would be amazing

It looks like your chameleon has metrobolic bone disease (MBD). This is probably why he fell in the first place! Is he real shaky and not sure footed! This disease is a result of either your cham not getting enough sunlight (uvb) and vitamin d3. Sometimes this condition can be reversable in mild cases, but ur chameleon is far along. I have seen similar cases where owners have got the proper lighting and nutrition and the chameleons that had (MBD) lived a long life, but you need to act fast.
