I know Chameleon Condos have been around for a while, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. It seems that they would be pretty bad for holding humidty, huh? They seem sort of impractical as a cage, but very attractive as a display.
I do not own any chameleons, but want to get a couple of veileds in the future (when my home is more stable, and I have more time. ) What do you all think of them? Would I be better off housing my future chameleons in something else?

ANSWER TO HUMIDITY QUESTION
[b]Hello,
The question you are asking is one we get a lot. The Condos have more then enough humidity to keep you chameleon healthy. The drip system drips 1 gal of water a day, and we use live plants. The dirt and the plants help keep the humidity up. We also spray the plants down 2 times a day.
If you really think about it, how does a screen cage keep in the humidity? The same way a Condo does.
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks for answering the question that inquiring minds want to know. But ah, you're about 10 months late.

Hey at least they answered it
I would be anxious to hear some first hand reviews on these and the new animal plastics cages they are offering.
Has anyone here at the site had the condos or the cages?????

We had a problem with our password, and I couldn't post anything. I finally got a hold of the webmaster. He reset my password so I can now post. That's why it took so long to reply.
Thanks,
Mike

I did contact the admits. no ones email was working. I finally got a hold of Shane. He was very busy updating the site, and I was busy myself. We finally got hold of each other, and took care of the problem.
When I was trying to reset my password, I couldn't get the automatic email that the site sends because I have AOL.
Now you know the whole story.
Thanks,
Mike
