Heat and lighting?
So my cage for the Panthers is 30" H x 48" L x 24" D. I have a 160W Powersun on it and the basking was only 80.4. Before I got the bulb I had a 150W Basking Bulb and the temp was 94.4. Now I have the PowerSun 160W and the Basking 150W and the basking spot is 95.1. I know the temps are good now but is that to much bulb? When I switched out the basking for the powersun I took for granted that the temps would be the same. The past 2 days the male has been dark green and stressed since I changed the bulb. Thats when I checked and found they were to cool. All together I have a 18" light mounted inside with a plant light the PowerSun and the Basking bulb is this ok?

I don't know much about cams but from what I gathered from BobMac over at reptileuv.com--they need less intense uvb then other species. I think powersuns are on whole terrible bulbs too.
You might ry emailing bob and asking him more about the care of cams as far as temps and uvb...I wish I could be more help.

I had linked you before on a previous thread to reptileuv.com/BobMac and the proper bulb the chameleons require.. they don't need a ton of UV...
obviously... I don't think you looked at it. lol Oh well, I tried.
If you just recently bought the Powersun, take it back, they're crap.

I agree with Adrya. Take it back, just use a 48" Reptisun 10.0 at 12". They dont need as much UVB

what is the temp away from the basking area. the cage should be around 80-85 with the basking area at about 95. if the cage is to hot it will stress the chameleon out
