jackson's damaged horn, please help!
the base of this jackson's chameleon's center horn is damaged. there is blood halfway around the base. i've been treating it with a store bought antispetic called zoo med repti wound-healing aid. it's ingredients are jojoba oil, 8-quinolinol, and tea tree oil. it has been 2 days and and though the wound looks a little better, the chameleon looks stressed out and less active obviously. what can i do to lessen its stress and increase its chance of living? can i set up some sort of icu for it? what should i provide in the icu?

The more you do, the worse it will get. Any changes will add stress. Medicating it, will add stress. I'd leave it be if it's set up properly with a drip system...and only very quietly check in to see if you need to toss in a few crickets, mist or fill up the dripper. Any interaction with this animal right now is too much.
