Chameleon eggs
I have some chameleon eggs in the incubator right now and i was wondering if they were still alive? they are still white and plump i havent candled them so yea ...... but would i know for sure if they were dead they would get brown and moldy right? well i was just wondering i know gecko eggs but these chameleons are a first .....

chameleon eggs take a long time to hatch but as long as they are white and fat they are fine. here are mine at three months veiled chameleon eggs. 9 left out of 44

keep the eggs in the dark don't candle them until they aready to hatch

How long
So how long is the estimated time ... i heard three months but i am not sure .... there was a female Sailfin that came in at the pet sotre where i work and she laid eggs so i took them home and stuck them in an incubator ...... so i hope they hatch soon my geckos are getting fat and gravid well thanx for the info

how long have you had the eggs for. sailfin only take 3-4month to hatch which is really cool. how many eggs did you get and what do you plan to do with the babies when they hatch. at about 3month you can candle them

I have had the eggs in the incubator for almost exaclty three months.. i plann to sell most of them i usually dont keep Chameleons i will probably keep one or two... The female laid eleven eggs and they are all still living ... so i think they will do very well....... any advice for when they hatch? i have messed with the ones at work but never had any of my own ... i usually deal woth snakes..... so yea ...

setup a 15-20 gallon tank with plant have a uv light ready and heat lamp. dusted cricket everyday with repcal and (heptivite twice a week) spray the cage 3 times a day. no heat pad. good luck
