Interview: Jim Harrison - Kentucky Reptile Zoo
Today I got the opportunity to go to a meeting in Frankfort Kentucky about the new reptile legislation in the state, and one of the other people in attendance was Jim Harrison of the Kentucky Reptile Zoo Mr. Harrison is very active in the hot community, has been involved with many specials for National Geographic, and has been instrumental in the development of anti-vennon.
Mr. Harrison has agreed to schedule some time to sit down with me and subject himself to one of those famous Morti Interviews from the good old days of redtailboa.net and I need your help. It looks like it will probably be some time in November when I can actually do this. In the mean time, I need everyone with questions for him to PLEASE post your questions here.
Thanks in advance!
-Donnie "Morti" Smith.

What compels you to work with such dangerous animals?
What was your first hot?
Have you been envenomated? How many times?
What kind of person should/should not own venomous speicies?
Do you imagine that venomous research may hold the key to various aiments?
What is your favorite snake to work with? Why?

Ask his opinion on the TV Herpers, i.e. which he feels does the best portraying the animals and the actual risks they present.
