I already have a couple chapters written.

I am aware of that....I just think it would be nice to have a small article on Redtailboa.net about keeping Ven's. My thoughts are to write something up for people who are thinking about keeping Ven's. A basic guide if you will, something that shows the dangers of keeping them and what you must be prepared to do. I rather not go through the whole thing like "Best animals to keep" or "Caging requirements". I want this to be more of a article to open the persons eyes on the dangers involved and why you should be trained before even thinking about it.

Another idea that comes to mind is how to prepare. What animals can you keep now that would get you prepared for ven's?

Anyway stuff like that is my idea. I would write it, but as you know I have never kept or even held a ven. I have seen them live in the wild plenty of times...but I stay a nice distance because I have a very high respect for them and the potential bite
