Sources for Westron Active UV Bulbs

Nicole's Source for her mercury vapor UVB bulbs says that the best output Mercury vapor bulb is the one made by Westron, with T-rex being next in line for top amount of UVB ray output. I recently found some of the Westron bulbs at The Beanfarm, but they told me they are no longer going to be carrying them. Anyone know of other sources for the Westron Bulbs?

I looked at the Westron website, and they really don't seem like they want to do sales with the general public.
