Screw that! Paying money up front and your product still isn't useable yet! At least you have patience because I would be at my last ropes bu now. At least it looks nice

Here is some good news. I just spoke with a gentlemen from AP and because of my mixup they are refunding the shipping charge and they took ownership of the problem. That is textbook great customer service. Although I am not happy about having to wait for the glass to arrive, the refund and apologies are excellent ways of making it right. Thank you AP and great job!! Mistakes happen, it is how a company corrects them that shows what kind of company they want to be.

44 days and it still didnt arrive as it should? I think they are way past anything considered to be great. I would accept "a decent attempt at customer service" if they overnighted the glass at no extra charge. 44 days...I mean, it's a cage. It's a box to hold a snake, not something that needs to hold 2/7 of every animal according to their kind for 40 days and nights. It's nice looking and all, but yeesh. They're lucky to have customers like you.

I did customer service for 5 years so I know how it feels to be on their end. I am pretty easy going. I don't expect anything unreasonable, I just expect one; that they take ownership of the problem and two; that they make it right. Regarding the length of time it has taken to arrive, I knew that they struggle in that department before I ever made my decision to purchase their product, so although I don't like waiting a month and a half, I was aware of it. Customer service is about satisfying the reasonable customer. What it takes to satisfy me is completely different then anyone else since we are all have different ideas about what it takes to make us happy. I am sure that having been on the other side of the fence has made me alot more calm about this mistakes.

Yeah, I've seen the wait times on these things and it just strikes me as odd. Only way I'd purchase plastic cage is if I found one second hand real cheap. As long as you expected to wait, guess you can't complain bout the 44 days. I just can't buy stuff that way. I don't consider myself "unreasonable" either, though. Given the expected wait, I suppose shipping the glass immediately and refunding the other shipping costs is pretty ok.

44 days or not, I am still a fan of looking at their products. Nice enclosure.

Re: New AP Cage...
So yeah, JELOUS!
I asked for one for my birthday from my wife. Going white, sliding glass doors extra ventilation, locks, 8inch stand with casters!
It sucks you had to wait, but them refunding the shipping charge is a huge plus.
You sticking your big female blood in there or what?
