Water Monitor Swimming Pool
My water monitor's new enclosure has arrived! It is made completely of wood with a long tempered glass front window and 2 doors that open the entire top. The dimensions are 6'10" long, 2'1" deep (was supposed to be 3' ) and 2'3" tall. I'll post a few pics to get an idea of the makeup inside and out. I'm trying to figure out how to add a water bowl that facilitates at least a little bit of swimming but doesn't take up too much space, is also accessible and able to be cleaned, and that he can't tip over. I'm not puttin him in until I have this water bowl issue figured out. The ideal thing would be to have an attached pond with a drain through the bottom, as the cage will be lifted off the floor about a foot. BUT, seeing as how I am on a second floor apartment with carpet...this would have to be absolutely fool-proof! I would also like it to be at least somewhat aestheticly pleasing...not a big fan of sweater boxes and newspaper Help me think of something guys!

Re: Water Monitor Swimming Pool
We used to use a 100 gallon stock tank with our nile, but our cage was a good bit bigger. A smaller stock tank would possibly work.

Yeah that looks like what I'm trying not to have to use...besides I think if they made one small enough it would be called a tupperware container...
