Jacques New Enclosure (almost done)
11:21 pm Jan, 25th
Okay so here's where I was and where I am.
From what i've seen people regret using plexiglass so I have to wait till monday to get a sheet of glass (any suggestions on how thick it need to be at 42 x 18? i was thinking 1/8ths) to begin making the door. Once I do that i'm doooone.
I'm working on choosing light position now.
(I know it looked cool unpainted but I plan on doing designs on the blue...it looks better irl)

Re: Jacques New Enclosure (almost done)
Well it's for a bearded dragon so keeping humidity up isn't usually a concern. The edges will be clear caulked to make sure sand doesn't get in any cracks.

Re: Jacques New Enclosure (almost done)
Almost done got the glass today, found nice thick wood out for garbage the other day and it is being coated now. This is the wood for the door. Insides are clear siliconed to prevent sand in the cracks. I just have to do the other side of the found wood tomorrow and it should be finished tomorrow or so.
I bought a glass drill bit so i can attach the glass with wood screws to the inside of the door frame. It will lock to the top. i think that's everything.
