I having trouble getting my humidity to a decent level. With the cold weather my heat is running constantly which causes the house to be very dry. I have Visions 54x36X18 cages. I have 2 water bowls and also mist but 35% about all I can get.

I was thinking of getting some foggers. Anyone have any recomendations? I see Big Apple has a few.

I've heard that foggers cause RI's in snakes. I don't know if that claim is legitimate, but I would definitely look into that before getting a fogger.

I dont think they specifically cause RI in snakes, but I have seen many animals get electrocuted by these foggers.

What kind of animals are you housing?
What humidity level are you trying to achieve?

you could try putting a humidfier in the room by there cages. It worked pretty good for me. I was having the same prob. with the wether getting so cold and the heater going. Might work for you too. I don't know the $ of froggers but the humidfier may be a cheeper fix.
