UVB lighting which those lights definitely do NOT provide. research a bit more and see...i don't think they're harmful to the frogs, just not beneficial except maybe for the warmth. however, if they need
UVB, you have to purchase
UVB lighting and replace the bulbs every 6 months. really not that bad, that's like $5/mth. aren't your froggies worth it?
