fake or real
plants. i am a naturalistic vivarium kinda guy, and want to dress my bp's cage up with some greenery. which is better live or silk plants? if silk where can i get some full looking, natural looking plants? if live, any tips on caring for the plants, planting in cages, etc.

Usually live plants dont work because the snake will squash it quick. So Silk is usually a better investment.

Stalk is correct.
Check your local craft stores. They have a wide selection of those sorts of things.

i'm a fan of the viney fake plants with the suction cup over the fake plants with a fake stone base.
you can stick them anywhere, interlock the vines to make it more dense looking, and they're cheaper.
only downside is if your snake is a climber, then they might not be the safest idea.

I've found Wal Mart is the best place to get the fake plants. They are much cheaper than craft stores, look nearly identical, and have the same if not more of a selection. It was like 15 dollars per plant (not the potted variety) vs 3 dollars at wal mart.
