Finally someone replied lol
You mean you would use these heating pads as heating panels inside the inclosure?

Do you mount these on the top of the cages or on the side.

If anyoine has pictures I would love to see them. I was thinking of using pro-heat, but those panels cost so much when your doing a few cages. I was wondering how it was mounted to the ceiling. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I thought there would be some way to mount it to the top of the cage. I built a woodern cage and would like to heat it. I thought about a ceramic heater. But think the heat panel would be easier

I have a desert rays radiant heat panel! It works great. I use it in my plastic boaphile cage. Its taped on all edges with foil tape on the ceiling above the hide on one side. The heat pad underneath would heat a good spot on the floor, but the overall temp of the cage was still too cool. The radiant heat panel spread the heat out more and raises the ambient temp. Its MUCH MUCH cheaper than a real radiant heat panel, and the only difference I can see is that a real radiant heat panel would probably reach farther in a bigger cage. The desert rays one is perfect though for cages with low ceilings. I think you can even put it on the side of the cage if you want.
