Ok couple questions..
We have been finishing out basement in our house and have a little wood left over... a few 2x4s i wanted to make a medium sized chameleon cage to sell and buy a little more wood and the wiremesh and hardware..but dont know if the wood would be safe to use.. its yellow pine.. would it be ok if i sanded it down and stain and poly it? just wondering before i did it.. i dont want to make something and sell it to someone and it be harmful to thier animal. i have heard not to use pine but have also heard it was ok.. i dont really know for sure what to use.
