Our BP are housed together only after 3+ months on his/her own first. They are about the same size but differ in age. The oldest was a rescue from a friend that couldn't keep him anymore. He was under weight. My male was at least a year younger than the rescue and about 1/2 oz heavier and 1-2 inches shorter. Since November, both have put on weight and weigh about the same now. The little female was acquired in October and has been doing well. In late Feb, all three were placed in a 100 gallon reptarium. (A major find at a local pet store- mispriced for about $35 for cage and liner.) So far, the situation is great. They curl up together all the time. Although for feedings, they are separated and fed once at a time. I haven't had a situation where one has struck at another. Here's to taking the precautions that it never will...

Dragonfly, are you referring to one of the screen Reptariums?
If so how are you managing to keep the humidity levels and temps in the proper range for a ball python?

Even though this is an old topic, you have got to see this. These snakes have been living together for 6 years.
3 yellow anacondas, 2 RTB's, and 1 BP.

Gawd how awful! Those poor snakes!
People like that are the ones that give the rest of us a bad name.
