Big Apple Herps Desert Rays...

Has anyone used Big Apple Herps "Desert Rays Radiant Heat Panels"? I read that they heat the ambient temp and you can place them on the wall or ceiling INSIDE the tank. They are alot cheaper than real radiant heat panels...if they do work they must be different than regular heat mats because regular ones just heat the floor. Im interested....

yeah i have one of the Big Apple's Flexible Heat Rope, its crazy you can use it inside of the tank,it gets hot and its water proof i dont know if it would be cool for a boa,but it mite work for green tree pythons since they sit in a perch all day,but yeah i would like to find out about the heat pads,i want to get some more tanks and maybe its the way to go for heating
