I bought the light enclosures at Lowes they are made out of copper so I might have to paint them in the future
My female boa will be the one to live on this one.

I will make sure to add more details on the next one I buid because there were somethings I learned that I wish I would have know before building this enclosure ie.. vinyl flooring really doesnt stick well to walls.
The cage is 4 feet long by two feet wide and 18 inches high.

Thanks I'm LMAO also it wasnt so funny when the vinyl started to fall off....
Good luck with shipping this monster I used 3/4 MDF so this thing is built thought to last
I reinforced it so much I could probably hold a minature lion in that thing.

i dont like that copper, isn't that going to hold the heat ? that's what i'm thinking wont the cage hold the heat in on the surface of it, ie.... too hot to the touch

Im not sure if I understand what your asking the copper is there so keep the snake away from the main light and ceramic heat emiter. Anything that is close the ceramic heat emiter will get hot to the touch. My main concern is for the snake to come directly in contact with the ceramic heat emiter and I highly doubt that she will unless she decides to start flying or floating inside her cage.
