I have found some pretty net logs(small ones). I was told if I freeze it for 48 hours I can use it in my tank??? Any body agree/disagree???? [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

I personally would let them soak in a 10% bleach solution for a while, rinse VERY well and let dry in the full sun for a day. That is the usual method at any rate... [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

You can go with what Michelle said or bake them in the oven for 30 minutes/ 1 hour. Just be careful to watch it and make sure it doesn't catch on fire or anything. The reason for this is to kill any parasites that might be bedded in the wood. I'm not sure about the freezing method, but either soaking them in bleach like Michelle said or baking them should work fine.

Unless you can get some deep freeze, I wouldn't trust an ordinary freezer - it might work fine and dandy, but if not, your poor snake'll pay the price. The oven or bleach will kill anything though [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img] Enjoy!
