Well it is almost there. I got the door hung and the insulation board all hung and taped today. All that is really left is to paint and install the workbench, finish around the windows and install the hardware cloth over them to allow me to open the window on nice days for some fresh air and not have to worry about escapes. Then it will be cage moving time. I had the AC running in there earlier and had to turn it off after about 15 minutes because it was getting too cold so I don't think that it is going to be a problem keeping it at 80 when it is 100 outside. I am really excited at this point and can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. This whole thing has taken less than a week so far and I am still on my sunday move in schedule. Now you can really see what it looks like finished on the inside.

How much did this entire project cost you?.. Its coming out really nice, I can't wait till you show the pictures of your herps moved in.

Well the total will be around $750 in materials upon completion. That is including the door knob I still have to buy and some exterior paint for the door and outside trim. Not too bad considering what it would have cost if I had somebody else do it. But I was a carpenter for 20 years before I got into the computer business so that helps too.
