Many will tell you smaller but in my opinion this is the minimum:
4 feet long by 2 x 2...or a 75 gallon tank.
After they get past the baby stage larger is always better in my opinion.
But for babies I really think that almost all species do better in a smaller cage.

Thanks i dont have any yet but i hope to be getting some soon. I was thinking around that side or a little bigger but i didnt know for sure, i was thinking a 5' x 2' x 2' well thanks again
