local laws on snake breeding?
Does anyone know where I can find the laws for my area on breeding reptiles. My understanding of it is that as long as you are breeding your "pets" for a hobby and arent buying animals just to sell them for profit then you dont need a psl or any other type of licensing? I want to make sure of this and cant seem to find any info on my local laws. I live in palatine illinois (cook county) near chicago. If anyone knows where I can find some info on this it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
