breeding mil snakes

Theoretically, yes. Doing so, however, would not be a wise idea, IMO. Most of the tricolor milks are indistinguishable to the average person, and the offspring could very easily be mistaken for those of a pure subspecies. If you do opt to breed your snake to anything else but a Honduran, it would be imperative that you make sure that buyers are well aware that the offspring are not genetically pure animals.
