boa question
i am hoping to breed my BCIs in a few years, and had one major question....what is the best way to keep them? i was thinking a rack, but what would be big enough? is there any other way then a rack, like a cheaper way?

I am no breeding specialist, but I would assume that racks would be the best option. Making your own being the cheapest option.

you can build one with as many tubs as you want or buy one with a set amount of tubs. i have seen racks with 5-10-20 + tubs
personally i would build (or buy) a rack with at LEAST 20 tubs because these boas are capable of throwing large litters. if you're waiting and feeding correctly, depending on subspecies, you could have even 40 babies!
as a boa breeder i suggest: 1- make sure you can feed them and house them all correctly (housing: try to go one per tub depending on the size of the tub) 2- make sure you have room for them to grow, why: you may or may not sell them as fast as you've planned on.
freedon breeder make excellent racks, the boaphile makes racks, animal plastics makes racks, and a ton of others.... do a google search
good luck
