Did I soak her?
No, not really just made sure her humidity stayed fairly high. I kept it around 80% for a few days then dropped it down to between 50%-60% after her eyes cleared. she shed clean and obviously quick. it was rolled up and kinda moist to the touch so I guess it was super fresh. I unrolled it and smoothed it out and it looks like a translucent hollow snake complete with mouth, eye caps, and some dorsal/tail pattern. after the nightmare shed my Ball went through ( a couple days and a million pieces with a lot of manual coaxing on my part!) this was great.

My shed routine
I have her in an aquarium for now while I am saving for a Boaphile, to help humidity this is what I did. I have a ceramic heat emitter in a 8 inch dome on top of the cage, I keep this on one side to create the "hot" spot, I have the emitter on a rheostat so that I keep the cool side at exactly 80 degrees daytime. This runs constant, so to get my humidity up I placed a smaller water bowl directly under the lamp ( her regular bowl is at the other end) then I placed a towel over most of the screen top, occasionally misting the towel, I put a magazine over the towel to trap moisture and this brought the humidity up sometimes over 80%, to drop it to the 50-60 range I removed the magazine and didnt mist the towel. it dropped into perfect range.
