Having multiple BCC what caging do you use?
Hey guys I have recently noticed I actually like BCC, the patterns are much bigger and more defined and there generally more "clean" of a boa. So In finding that out and that they get bigger what caging do you guys use? I know I was planning on having a whole bunch of 421D boaphiles and just keep stacking as I get more snakes but BCC are bigger which cage rack would suffice?
And whats the average size for a suriname?

I do caging the same way as my BCI with respective temps per species... 4x2's for males and 6x2's for females...

Really? So I can put a male suriname in the 421D? How big does a male suriname usually get?

they can get larger though... but from what I've seen from males, they still tend to stay thinner and smaller

Re: Having multiple BCC what caging do you use?
If buying a juvenile- I'd buy a 3' Boaphile with the expandable end. Then as the female grows and can then buy another 3' expandable and make them into a 6 footer. cheaper on the up front cost!

Re: Having multiple BCC what caging do you use?
Don't they sell removable cage dividers for the 6 boaphiles? If it were me and I was looking at purchasing more than one juevie BCC thats the route I would go. Might save you alittle cash now, depending on how soon you plan on aquiring more than one boa.
Just a thought
