Pitch hitter?

Well, I have been trying to breed this little guy without success for now three years. This is the "Tribal Boa".








I have been trying to breed him to one of my nicest Hypos that I know is not a "Super" because I want to see what a Hypo Tribal will look like, if it's genetic and also have more non-hypo Tribals. This is the female he has been trying to breed with a lot of gusto:



But the poor guy has run out of steam. She has looked like she was just about to ovulate for a solid month and he stopped being romantic about three weeks ago. She has been especially massive the past few days. They did this same thing last year without an ovulation so I figured I'd make a change rather than risk missing her another year. The Tribal Boa is now opaque and about to shed in a few days. So it's time for a relief pitcher and I think I have just the guy:













So maybe we will be fortunate to have a few more Key West kiddies born again this year, then again, maybe he'll just finish the job and have some of both or just Tribal Boas or neither. Who knows?





A few more of these won't be too hard to take. Plus maybe I'll get to see what the Hypo version of one of these looks like.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you pitched in the Key West Boa, and the Tribal proved successful with his advances this time around, you wouldn't know he was viable, right? Just a thought.

Either boy would do the trick IMO though. They're both really nice animals. Too bad the Tribal Boa's attempts have failed thus far.

Oh my god. He's gorgeous! Well I mean they're ALL beautiful but that Tribal is really something else. I'm no expert and I don't want to assume but is he an anery? *swoon*
