Snakes and kids DO mix! *HEAVY DUW!!*

So my mom brought Ethan down for the 4th since he hasn't moved down with us yet... And he was AMAZED by all the snakes, lol... He, of course, LOVED his baby Aurora

who is "HIS" snake, lol. But we took a few of them outside for some pics with him... And he got a few pics with the geckos... Anyways... Ethan LOVES his snakes and I don't care what ANYONE says otherwise... It's the parents and their responsibility to keep the snakes locked up and only visiting with the kids with proper supervision!! Ethan loves his snakes!!!

And Ethan says wear all ur PPE while riding!!!

yep, LOL! She doesn't like snakes, but she doesn't mind them

she likes all the "pretty colors" when I was showing her some diff. morphs... But yea... She's not thrilled about snakes and was freaking out over the frozen rats and stuff...

I HATE it cause she says the snakes are bad and tries to scare him, but he BOLDLY says, "I LIKE THE SNAKES!!! I'M NOT SCARED!!!!"

I figured that was her. I could tell by the stern mother look on her face. Well at least he is deciding for himself whether or not he likes them, and not letting her tell him that he should NOT like them. I am a firm believer that fear is taught and learned. Hopefully he will keep that mindset and not learn to fear them because she tells him to. Way cute pics!

agreed, lol... He loves HIS snakes, lol... He didn't get to hold the burm though cause she was in shed XD lol... But he's good with them for the most part, lol... There were a couple times he got excited, but calmed down quick, lol... he understands that he can NOT go in the snake room unless Ryan or I go with him and that he NEVER touches a snakes face and never squeezes or does anything else naughty with a snake, lol

Nice photoshoot. There should be a kids and reptiles photo thread. Kinda like the live-pile thread, but with a positive spin, that keeps comments down to a minimum.
