Re: Color Variation!
Is the lighter one some sort of Hypo? Or maybe its a light and dark phase...hm...
Very nice, regardless.

Wow that lighter one is breathtaking. Beautiful snakes you've got there.

Re: Color Variation!
Thanks guys!
Here she is again (the lighter one) with another sibling, both just shed a couple of days ago for the second time!
Well I like the looks of her...maybe I will hold her back until next year to see how she colors up!

I like how her tail becomes yellow at the end.

Re: Color Variation!
Very interesting boa. The fact that the orange color seems to first appear on the tail reminds me of hypos, so maybe you do have something special. If it was mine I'd definitely hold on to it and breed it to a sibling or back to the parents to see what would happen.

Re: Color Variation!
Thanks again! There were some nice babies in this litter! The Dad is one of the cleanest, and pinkest normal boas I've seen. Some of the babies took on Dad's pink hue, some took on Mom's dark coloration with lots of speckling, but a few are just plain clean, and they are the ones I love the most! This female is the cleanest of the bunch...I hope she will continue to improve
