I mean maybe your growing snake is not eating as much as it thinks it should, and wants either (1) bigger food, or (2) to eat more frequently.

Again, I really think you need to up the prey size, as we have discussed before. Also, I'm wondering about his weight and if you have ever thought of taking him to the vet to have a fecal float done to check for internal parasites? Given the circumstances of how you rescued him (and from where) a fecal float would not be uncalled for.
What do you think?

I 100% agree, just waiting for BM.I was hoping to have one by now.But as soon as I do,I'll take it in to my old job. I have already spoken to my ex co-workers to let them know I'll be dropping by.I already added Chance to my account. I had a appoinment for sexing, but they had to cancel and I need to make another one.(Only 1 vet there does snakes)

Re: I knew I shouldn't have!
you need to break the hunt, take a long coat hanger (with something to make it not sharp on the end) and tap his nose with it.
talk to him when you do this. tell him no more. lol.... well I tell mine that anyways, I know they cant really hear me.

Sounds to me like he's stressed out to the max, which I bet is why you've been having some feeding and shedding problems.

can u please explain why you feel this way? I think his shed problem was due to how he was kept before I had him and as far as the feeding goes,I think it might be because he should be on bigger prey. BUT if you see something else, please let know so I can fix it.
