How much flexwatt do I need?

I was planning on ordering two 4' cages. Either AP T10's or Boaphile 421D's. They will be stacked and I hope to control the Flexwatt with a single Herpstat. So being completely new to flexwatt, I could use some help. What size will I need and how should I lay it out and attach it under the cage? Do you think this will be the only heat source I will need? What temp will the other (cool) side be at? The room temp would be about 68-78 deg throughout the year. Thanks.

I know that Boaphile Plastics has their own recommendations for the size of flexwatt they use as they install it themselves as an option. You could call AP and ask them about the preferred wattage on their cages. I'm sure they would know exactly how much you should use under given conditions.

Yeah, I know they will do it for you, but for $35 per cage, I thought I could save some cash here buy doing it myself.
