Pretty snake. I get nervous when they soak though, especially right after a meal. Have you checked the water for mites?

I agree, and if there aren't any mites, I would question temps if the animal has a full belly and heads into the water. How are you measuring temps?

I have a digital thermometer in the tank that measures humidity and temp,plus their is a heating pad also,under his log.
