Boa sleeping
I was about to take a pic of my suri. She's coiled up really cute on her basking spot, with her tail up by her head. I noticed though that she didn't see me approach her. I waved my hand around too. She's fast asleep. I have never seen a snake sleeping before. She usually does that in her hide. No pics tonight.
Here's an old one though.

Re: Boa sleeping
thnx for the pic man, that suri is one crazyt looking snake. Cleo will often fall asleep on my shoulders when I take her out for a long time. I let her sit to see how long she would go, and I watched 2 and a half hours of TV before she woke up lol

Re: Boa sleeping
You can usually tell when they are asleep when their pupils are almost closed completely. If you change the light and the pupils change then they are awake and just not moving or responding with movement.

Re: Boa sleeping
That's neat. You can never notice with normal ball pythons.
Their eyes are too dark.
Nice pic btw
