If you have seen my older pictures I use to have him in a large glass tank.
With tons of greenery but if a mite happens to get in there, there is to many places for them to live and hide and breed so I like to keep it simple so if a mite does get in there its easy to get rid of.

thank you for ditching the gravel, i use eco earth on all my animals, i would like to see it in a big enclosure with room to climb and have basking spots ect. but some people keep their snakes in plastic bins, i guess its a matter of preference, i look at things from human perspective and think gee i would love a big place to climb around and waht not but i guess its said they dont need it. anyways thank you for fixing your substrate.

I just switched to the eco-earth as well, I really think it will help with my humidity regulation out here in West Texas. When the ambient humidity is 20-30%, it is a real chore.
