You in no way came off as being mean. I agree, in the pics, the snake and rat do not look that big. The snake is over 4', maybe 4-1/2'. Haven't measured her lately.

Yes, I know about those! Let's not forget about the red "phone boxes."

I don't recall (after looking at thousands of boa pics, I lose track lol). Please start a thread with some recent pics!

Re: First large Rat
Ahhh something to look forward to with my baby girl. I love the personalized hide you gave her--- too cute
I made my own hides as well by splitting a coconut in half and drilling out entrance holes... but now I'm thinking of decorating them after seeing your pics.
Congrats on the large rat! Look for pics of my girl eating her first rat PINKY soon lol.

Lol, actually I was thinking the same thing. I recently got a shipment of rats from a guy who gets his stock from the States. The sizes are WAY different, I think.. I bought my previous shipment from Falcon Ridge farms, and their jumbos were the size of colossals..! The larges were about the same size as the jumbos I have now from this other supplier.. I was feeding my 4' boa on the smalls from FalconRidge, and now he can easily take the larges.. I dunno, I think the sizing up here is a little different, it must be. I know what you're saying though, Owen.
