Re: drooling
My ball python drools alot but only after he takes a drink of water. Did you see if she drank before you held her any of these times. If its just that then its nothing to worry about. Otherwise it could be something else.

Re: drooling
I've had it happen before. I chalk it up to liquid just being moved from the snakes belly up to it's mouth due to handling.. Never seen it suggest any other problems with my snakes...

Re: drooling
Many Red tail boas with respiratory distress, infection or even other systemic disease or infection often drool as an early sign of trouble..
.
If you are seeing it drool and you aren't sure it's because you are handling it right after it has been drinking watch it closely. And it's good pracice to avoid handling boas right after they tank up or eat.
.
Good luck.

Re: drooling
I just wanted to reiterate what Gus said. Drooling, when not subsequent to taking a drink, is often a sign of RI. Years ago I had an adult female albino with such a symptom. What caught my attention to it is that she was rubbing the drool on her substrate. Initially I thought she was trying to start a shed but eventualy realized she wasnt even in shed. I ultimately took her to the vet and determined she had a respitory infection. She later kicked the infection after multiple doses of fortaz.
I'd keep an eye on that one - good luck.
