Pale-looking Peru boa grows up.
.. a lot of Peru redtails look pale or faded when small.. People looking for yellow-ones or black-saddled ones might overlook them.
.

.
.. even at age about 20 months that one was somewhat dull and relatively colorless.
.

.
Here it is at age 4-1/2 years. Still getting more color and contrast.
.

.
I like most any boa as much as any other.. that way I'm never disappointed in how they turn out!
.
Thanks and have a great day.

Re: Pale-looking Peru boa grows up.
Thanks for showing people the difference in color. Many people just think a all Red-Tails are the same, but that really isn't the case at all. That Boa is awesome BTW.

Re: Pale-looking Peru boa grows up.
Killer boas gus, I think the colour change from neonate to adult is one of the reasons I love boas so much.

Re: Pale-looking Peru boa grows up.
That broken saddle sticks out like a sore thumb, but in a great way (and less painful)
