Re: Mr. Pattern...
Come on Nicole, stop the madness!!! I can't take another stunning Redtail. I'm going to land in divorce court when I place an impulse order for a stunning Suri, or a perfect Peruvian. Please stop, for the sake of my children.

Re: Mr. Pattern...
how do you get them to stay still like that. All of mine cruise around as soon as they touch the grass and straighten out like an arrow
Very pretty boa!

It's not easy. It takes a lot of "poking". Sometimes I'll lightly tap them on the nose to get them to back up.. then stroke their tail to get it closer to their body. Then I have about 5 seconds to take the picture before they start moving again.
A coupe of my boas are lazy.. being outside is no big thing to them. They sit. They stay. Easy.
This particular boa is easy because he's very nervous when you set him down and step away. Look at those last two pictures.. and you can tell. He was watching me like a hawk. He freezes at first, so I can get some really good pics. After about 5 minutes, he calms down and starts exploring though.
