Here are the pics of the cage. I have paper towls becouse i had to throw out all the aspen when he pood on it.

Yep I would say your cage is not set up properly. Holes at the top of an enclosure let heat and humidity out. Also where is the large water bowl? You should place the water bowl where ever the snake spends most of it's time so it will use it more. I would suggest getting a different top and drilling holes on the side of the enclosure. On a side note those bins make horrible water bins. The weight of the water cracks the wheel housings and then it leaks all over your apartment.

If you look at your cage it has wheels. The wheels are housed in a thin plastic casing. Too much weight in the bin will stress the wheels and crack the axle housing.
