Re: Hercules
Pretty snake... I really like how his nose slopes.
I also like the tongue pic, how it makes his tongue look like it has a third tine ti the forking.

Re: Hercules
He looks like he had red paint dumped on his butt... Someone from PETA must have caught him wearing fur.

Re: Hercules
His tail color is actually better than it shows up in those pix. Like I said, I couldn't figure out the lighting very well. My signature line is actually his tail.
If you all can remember He was sold to me as a SHE....A late '04 (who was admittedly "pushed a little" which is why he is about as long as my Late '02 female)...I think the size is what made the previous owner believe it was a female. You can also see his head proportions aren't as large as some of my other Suris. Not real badly out of proportion but it could definately be larger. I couldn't send him back when I saw him though (I am sure you can see why)

Re: Hercules
It's amazing how much size people can put on boas by pushing them... my Magnus male is an '05, and he's 4 1/2', eating med/large rats, and only about 6 inches shy of my '02 Miller male. And more than twice the size (girthwise) of my other early '05s. I don't know if he was pushed, but he's huge. I often wonder how much of a role genetics play in growth.. but I have two females, both born in Sept. 2006, from two very different lines, and they're identicle size wize.
Anyway, I think it was meant to be... he found his way to a great home, and that's all that matters. Well that and he's one awesome Suriname.
