Mystery Bump!
Alright...I am curious to what this is! I am posting this here in hopes to get some feedback! One of my two adult females (dumerils) escaped her sliding plexiglass door by using her nose to rub up against the area where the heat pad cord is exiting. The problem is now fixed, but she rubbed a small bit of scale of her lips and developed (I noticed it after I found her escaped) a bump right between her eyes. It has been two weeks and the bump has not changed at all. There is no scale damage where the bump is, and she just shed (no change still). It is a hard bump, that doesn't appear to bother her, and it is not changing in the slightest. My older female is currently gravid, and this girl seems to be following her lead... so I was hoping the problem would resolve with out stressing her too much at our exotic vet. In the picture below you should be able to ID the bump (it is smaller and by the water droplet directly between her eyes closest to her right eye). Any opinions would be appreciated!
not the best pic...but here's another:

I guess you guys are as clueless as I am...I'll probably have to schedule her in for an appointment though, as it is very close to her eye!

Looks like a benign mass, to me. If it just appeared and there is no change, she could have wacked herself good on something, possibly a slight fracture. Puys often feels hard as a rock in situations like that. A draining could well be all that's needed, it could just be pus, especially if it hasn't changed since happening.
Absolutely take her to the vet asap if she's gravid, -if- a surgery is required, you don't want to put her neos at risk unneccessarily, so the sooner the better.
Hope this helps!

It could be an abscess, parasite or a tumor. I would bring her to your reptile Vet and have him check it out. I had a wild caught Guyana once with a few bumps on her side and it was a parasite and with a few shots it was all taken care of. Make sure your cage is clean dry and disinfect it frequently.
Take care
Tom
