Rescued boa
I got a free ball python and bcc last summer. My buddy knew bout them since the guy got them from when he was working at a petstore. Well the ball python is doing great little small for his age but growing fast. Well the redtail isnt so lucky he drinks moves around like a normal snake but he is not growing at all. prob about 2 years old at least he is only around 30 inches. is he going to grow at all or stay this small. the biggest food items i can feed him is fuzzy rats. anything else is to big. These were not taken good care of at all. this guy had them both in the same cage and the heat was like 98 degrees in the whole cage. I am glad i got them i just hope this girl grows a little

Good suggestion. What about shedding/pooping?

How often are you feeding him? I guess it could be possible that poor treatment before (feeding schedules, heat, environment, etc) could have possibly caused some kind of permanent damage, but I wouldn't think stunted growth would be a part of that. I guess the infamous BW or Brett could address the long-term potential problems with those conditions. Maybe it's just a dwarf? :shrugs:
