Zoomed Reptile Bark?????

Greetings,

Was looking at the substrate today at the pet store and saw the Reptile Bark stuff on the shelf. Wanted to ask what you guys think about the stuff. Is it worth using for substrate for our Boa? Says it helps with humidity? Anywho it though it was nice stuff and would make the tank look pretty darn good.

Any of you folks use the stuff? How do you like it? Any problems with mites? oes it need to be pretreated with mite killer before adding it to the tank?

Thanks in advance,
Andy

Im not able to find cypress mulch so i use just Aspen Shavings that you use for hamsters etc...I also have used the snake specific aspen but its more costly. Or you can just use newspaper cheap and simple i prefer it over loose stuff.
