Handling while blue?
I've read here that you shouldn't handle snakes when they're about to shed. Well I need to clean the cage, and my BRB is obviously thinking of shedding. She never seems to mind being held.

I dont either..but I think It depends on the snake..My Boa Beauty could care less about being handled during shed..she will eat and shed perfect..

I wouldn't do it just for the sake of handling, but if something needed to be done (i.e. cage cleaning) then I wouldn't worry too much. The reaction is going to vary by snake, by day. |
