There are some BCC found in Colombia. There are also some BCA, BCI, BCL, BCO etc scattered in with the BCC range...usually somewhat geographically blocked off from eachother but in the same country...Colombian boa isn't a breed. It's a locale shared by other species and subspecies. So that makes it a bit misleading but in the pettrade, "Colombian" just basically means BCI and they are all mutted up so much now due to random breeding, it's likely got bits of central american or something scattered into the genepool too.

It can be crossed up with anything I guess...got a photo? Boas aren't picky with what they breed with and unfortunatly most breeders aren't too picky either. If you want a true local, get in touch with Gus Renfro at Riobravo.

There are some pure colombian bcc floating around up here, so I would expect that a few are around in the states.

From what I've read, it's pretty rare to find a Columbian BCC, but to answer your question, yes, they are out there.
