'Normal' Corn island Boa..
.. Corn island is on the maps about 50 miles east of Nicaragua as 'Islas del Maize'.. This gal may be normal, but she's a very nice looking boa!

yea images wont load but awesome boa AGAIN! If you don't mind me asking where do you take most of your pics.. it seems like you have a back yard with squares set up with every type of background. you just move from spot to spot till you find the right one. and BAM awesome pic...

Thanks friend.. That image was taken in my snakeroom. I set up a little naturalistic setting in a tub-lid and place it on a large garbage-can on wheels! Then I get enough light on it, set the correct white-balance and click away. The garbage- tub can be turned around so I'm not having to poke and prod to pose the Boa to get a good angle. I do take many pics outdoors as well.

Just a few tricks of the trade.. if anybody is interested I'd be happy to share more. Let's all blanket the whole internet with beautiful photos of our fantabulous boas!

ohhhh! I might have to try that... I'm always nervous about taking my guys outside if they suddenly decide to run for it.
