Boa Genetics

Hi Everyone,
We are new here on these forums but are definately not new to the snake/reptile scene. We have been breeding Cornsnakes and everything is great. We have decided to get into the Boa field and were wondering if genetics work exactly the same way Corns do. We have started our venture with 2 boas. We have a 0.1 Pastel Boa and a 1.0 100% het. Kahl Albino. Also we have a couple of Cornsnake genetics programs and are wondering if there may be a program for genetics on Boas out there. If so, can someone please tell us where we could find it or post a link or just plain tell me if I have to make one...lol. Thanks for looking.
Jay & PJ

You could use the corn snake program for boa genetics to find out possible outcomes as well. A recessive gene acts with corns in the same way as with boas, so all you really need to do is find out what kind of gene that each morph is(dominant...recessive...codominant...etc.), and use the same type of gene as in cornsnakes. It's all name substitution. You should be able to google a morph guide for boas.
